Ingredients: sponge cake (87 %): pasteurized egg mass, vegetable oil (rapeseed), sugar, starch (corn, rice, potato), rice flour, fibre: potato, Plantago ovata, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; raising agent: sodium carbonate; thickener: xanthan gum; preservative: calcium propionate; aroma. Pistachio filling (13 %): sugar, shea fat , rapeseed oil, pistachio puree (15%), lactose, whey powder (form milk), dried skimmed milk, lecithin (from soy), E471; spirulina extract, colour (lutein).
