Discover the delicious Cannoli Croccante from Canazzi – a crunchy twist on the classic cannoli, completely gluten-free and carefully baked in the oven. This delicacy combines a delicious almond shaving cookie with a creamy lemon cream filling.

Ingredients: Lemon cream (62%); sugar, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, palm oil, hydrogenated coconut), skimmed milk, maltodextrin, milk proteins, cocoa butter, flavorings, emulsifier (E322 (soy)), lemon flavoring (2%), natural lemon flavoring with other natural flavorings, color (E100), sunflower oil. Wafer (37%); glucose syrup, sugar, palm fat, dextrose, whole milk powder, emulsifier (E322 (soy)), sliced almonds (13%), topping: chocolate substitute, sugar, fully hydrogenated and fractionated vegetable fats (palm), low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers (E322 (soy), E492), flavorings. Decoration (1%): chopped roasted pistachios.

About Le Pain des Fleurs: The original idea took seed from the desire to promote the remarkable properties of buckwheat, a nutritious and naturally gluten free grain. This led to the creation of an original organic recipe for an irresistible, crispy cracker. It is the first buckwheat cracker made using an extrusion process, which gives the product its unique texture. A selection of new raw materials was the inspiration behind the “Le Pain des Fleurs” cracker, which combines the flavour and nutritional properties of its main ingredient with a delicious crispy texture.
